Classes: Clay 101 - 10 weeks, Tues AM

Clay 101 is a comprehensive beginners' course designed to teach you foundational skills in pottery. You'll learn the basics of working in a shared studio, wheel throwing, hand building, and glazing. This course also offers several project suggestions so you can practice your new skills, get a feel for the flow of the overall process, and have beautiful handmade items to take home. May be taken multiple times. This session will run Tuesdays from 11AM-1:30PM, beginning January 23rd. Includes:

• 1 bag of clay (instructors' choice) and one additional bag of clay (student's choice) at a discount per 10-week session. Firing and glazing are included with all clay purchases.

• Studio access for practice hours from 8am-8pm, 7 days per week except when other classes or events are being held.

• Use of studio tools and equipment.
